We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations, changes to event dates, or amendments to cake designs. Once payment is confirmed, refunds are not permitted.

In the event that customers need to modify or cancel their event, the payment amount will be retained as a credit for future use. This credit will remain valid for up to 3 months from the original confirmation date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our cakes are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free. Please inform us of any specific allergies when placing your order.

Decorative Elements

Some cakes may contain edible decorations made of fondant, chocolate, or other materials. While these decorations are safe to consume, we recommend removing them before serving if you have concerns.

Customisation

Custom cake designs may vary slightly from the images provided. Our team works diligently to replicate the design to the best of their ability, but handmade elements may exhibit minor variations.

Stain of Coloring

For cakes with dark-colored cream (red, blue, green, black), a significant amount of coloring is required, which can stain skin and make the cream taste bitter, so we recommend using pastel-colored cream instead, although we will apply the thinnest layer of colored cream possible if dark colors are preferred.

Order Changes

Any changes to cake orders must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We may not be able to accommodate the changes if the fondant work is done.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once a cake order is booked and paid for, refunds will not be available. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make adjustments, you can postpone the delivery date within three months from the original date. This allows you the flexibility to reschedule your celebration without losing the value of your order.

No-show or Late Notification

Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe or a no-show on the scheduled delivery date will result in the forfeiture of your order without the option of a refund or rescheduling.

Quality Concerns

Refunds or replacements are only offered for documented quality issues or errors on our part. Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with any concerns.

Postponement Requests

Any postponement to cake orders must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes.
