Order / Cake Information

Any changes to cake orders must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We may not be able to accommodate the changes if the fondant work is done.
Yes, you can create a wishlist and save cakes for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for documented quality issues or errors on our part. Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with any concerns.

Any postponement to cake orders must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes.

Payment Information

We accept payment methods as below:-

  1. Visa / Master cards (debit or credit) via Stripe
  2. FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks like Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank) via Billplz
  3. eWallet (Touch and Go, Alipay) via Omise
Yes, your payment information is secure. We DO NOT keep any of your payment data, but it is held by 3rd party payment provider (such as Stripe, Billplz, Omise) which use strong security measures, e.g., SSL encryption which is PCI compliant to protect your data.
Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified via email and given the option to try again payment link from the order email or choose a different payment method.
 
Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Order & Refunds

Once a cake order is booked and paid for, refunds will not be available. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make adjustments, you can postpone the delivery date within three months from the original date. This allows you the flexibility to reschedule your celebration without losing the value of your order.
Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe or a no-show on the scheduled delivery date will result in the forfeiture of your order without the option of a refund or rescheduling.

Ordering from MyBakeBay

Placing an order on our website is simple! Browse our catalog, select the cake you want, choose the design/minor modification, and click “Add to Cart.”
 
Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
 
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Yes! After your order is received, we’ll confirm your order and scheduled for cake production.

All orders tracking details will be sent manually to your WhatsApp once we ordered the transport (mostly via Lalamove car).
