Stain of Coloring
For cakes with dark-colored cream (red, blue, green, black), a significant amount of coloring is required, which can stain skin and make the cream taste bitter, so we recommend using pastel-colored cream instead, although we will apply the thinnest layer of colored cream possible if dark colors are preferred.
Order Changes
Any changes to cake orders must be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes.
Cancellation and Refunds
Once a cake order is booked and paid for, refunds will not be available. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make adjustments, you can postpone the delivery date within three months from the original date. This allows you the flexibility to reschedule your celebration without losing the value of your order.
Postpontment Requests
If you wish to postpone the delivery date, please notify us at least 3 days before the originally scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative date for your celebration.
No-show or Late Notification
Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe or a no-show on the scheduled delivery date will result in the forfeiture of your order without the option of a refund or rescheduling.
Quality Concerns
Refunds or replacements are only offered for documented quality issues or errors on our part. Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with any concerns.
